Just generally a really great toy,
We got this last christmas for some cousins (5 year old and 7 year old) and they absolutely adored the set. Surprisingly, it even had all the adults wanting a go on it as well! And just to clarify, this is not just a set that makes the cars go round and round, (i have experienced one of those, very boring.) the scalectrix simpsons set can alter the speed of the cars at your will, making it a matter of jugement how fast to go – too slow and your opponent is way ahead of you on the lap, but too fast and you fly off the track at the bend! Quite honestly, great fun and hours of entertainment.

|shame it broke on first use!,
Christmas day and my boys were chuffed to get this toy, then I set it up and all looked good and the kids loved it! Then, when I unplugged the handsets, the soldered end connectors snapped off and are now rattling about in the unit! Poorly manfactured handsets and a huge disappointment to my boys! I hanr returned it as it is now unusable.
